How to Protect Your Home With a Security Camera?

How to Install an Outdoor Security Camera System?

If your monitor does not have multiple plugs for your camera cables, you need to purchase a multiplexer. Plug your camera cables into the multiplexer and plug the multiplexer into the monitor

Other Thoughts: I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this camera. There are all kinds of cameras out there but very few that are designed and hardened to outdoor use. This camera is much larger than I expected, it's bigger around than a soda can and about 50% longer than a soda can too. It looks very robust. It has a lot of features and configurations so that you can set it up the way you want it.

Other Thoughts: Camera provides a clear, sharp picture, good field of view, but does not appear to be in color, as it is advertized. Night vision is fair. Extra night illumination would help. Also note, there is no audio. All in all, not bad for the price, but I should have paid extra for a camera with audio.

Other Thoughts: This camera works better than I expected. The image is about the clearest I've seen over a composite video source. I can make out details very well. The color saturation is very true, and the night vision is incredible. I can easily see my entire front porch at night, and even almost all the way to the garage. I'm definitely going to buy a few more of these units in the future.
