Easy to turn on for quick use, many features that I feel give it a quality value - I expected a lot less, but received a good product. It's not a movie camera for making movies, but it's perfect for making memories last forever!

Cons:

I can only fault the time/date is wiped with battery removal. Apart from that no cons for me!

It does everything it says, it is small, compact, easy to use, I am very satisfied with this!

This is a great camera and camcorder. The daytime pictures and mp4 clips come out good and is comparable to the more expensive Sony. Nighttime/indoor pictures are okay. If you want a camcorder that captures to a memory card instead of DVD or tapes, then this is the one with an affordable price and quality. The size is small enough to slip into your pocket so you don't need to carry a camcorder bag around with you all the time.

Great price with fast shipping. The camcorder came in the original box with no extra packaging. The box was beat up badly by UPS however the contents did survive and everything was in working order. I give Dinodirect.com high marks on all but the packing job.

Sometimes problems do arise, usually being the fault of the supplier or manufacturer, but Dinodirect.com always comes through and does everything to ensure a customer is satisfied and happy. I have been shopping with Amazon.com for many, many years and will continue to do so. Sometimes it is better to pay a bit more for peace of mind. On the other hand most of the time shipping is free which is also an incentive, at least to me. DEFINITELY a company to trust and support.

I consider myself an amateur photographer, and would probably be willing to spend more hours looking for the 'right' equipment than doing my homework. Now, that was the case when I purchased this powerful digital video camera. One more note, the camera feels great in my hands and it's very easy to use. I was quite familiar with the Canon menus, so it might have been easier for me to use it, but I'm sure you can learn fast how to master this camera
