10-29-2011- Pros: Easy to use, great to have time & alarm function. A string to attach.
- Cons: the buttons are too easily pressed to be reset.
- Other Thoughts: The size is slightly bigger, but with a string, it always stays with me securely. The buttons are too sensitive and I have many occasions to have all the figures reset.

04-27-2011- Other Thoughts: After going through a couple of more expensive pedometers in a few weeks time (both broke) I bought one of these because it was inexpensive. I have been very impressed with it's quaulity, durability, ease of use and accuracy.

01-07-2011- Other Thoughts: It is slender, fitting smoothly against your body. It can be worn almost unnoticeably under your outer clothing. This pedometer is nearly silent; much quieter than the other two pedometers I own.

05-23-2009- Other Thoughts: I splurged on this little gadget last night in a new effort to lose weight. If you aren't already aware of it, you should aim for 10,000 steps each day for improving your health and losing weight. Get a good pair of walking shoes, grab this pedometer, and go for it (I prefer to also carry a tiny FM radio on my belt with earbud headphones and a pulse meter).

- How does a pedometer work?
After you set your stride length, and you start running, there is somethiong inside the pedometer that moves up and down. Every time it moves up and down, it is counted as one stride. To calculate the miles, it simply divides however long your strides are into 5,280 feet. This then gives you how far you have ran.
- What is a Pedometer?
A device that counts the number of strides taken by the wearer by responding to the impact of the wearer's steps.
- How to Use the Pedometer?
Insert a 3V CR2025 lithium battery to the unit, and the pedometer's power will be open, press the "Mode" button and up/down button to select function, then press the "start" button to start the measurement of current information index.
