This product works as advertised. When I'm in the car, my Phone is in my pocket. It rings, I turn the speakerphone on, then hit connect. Love it.

How do I make a call?
Dial the number on your BlackBerry (from dial pad, favorites, contact list etc). Calls are automatically transferred to the car kit (within 1-2 seconds) if it is within range and turned on when you place a call.

How do I transfer a call from the car kit to the phone?
To transfer a call from the car kit to the phone, click the headset cancel button on the BlackBerry . To transfer the call back to the car kit, press the car kit's talk button once.

My car already has a car kit installed, can we use the existing wiring?
This is similar to the question about 'pre-wired' cars. Because the wiring of the car kit is unique to every model (even within the same manufacturer) the answer is, unfortunately no. You may be able to save money if we are able to use the same mount or antenna from your previous car kit, but this will be offset because of the cost to remove your old equipment.
