They have some interesting tech items. The quality is not the highest, but they have many sales (including coupons for specific items), which make them acceptable. They are in California, but in many cases shipments arrive from Asia, so it can take upwards of two weeks for items to arrive.

I was a little worried about buying this DVR because the price was reasonable, I was worried it would be cheap and fall apart. I have had it for over 3 months now and it is still working fine. I would definitely recommend this to the people who is looking for a nice mini DVR wirh high quality as well as a good price. So if you are loooking for this, now come here and have a try.

I think it is tuff to rate Dinodirect.com since it has so many subvendors...I have even sold my stuff on Dinodirect.com. So, in general Dinodirect.com is excellent and most of the subvendors are good. This review is for Dinodirect.com, nothing bad but all good ones.

Easy to setup. Clear recording based on quality of camera used. Records continuously. Good for the price. Cons: Does not record sequentially or view sequentially. Only view in quad or individual channel. I prefer a larger drive. Had to go onto internet to find how to set it as a master vs a slave drive. Since it will only record set as a master, a master setting should have been the default.

Dinodirect.com has a very wide range of Chinese electronics, I was looking to buy a 4 Channel Digital Video Recorder and I found them at a very good price at dinodirect.com. Shipping was even free, considering it was international. It also didn't take too long. My 4 Channel Digital Video Recorder was in excellent condition and is very good.

  • Why the DVR cannot start after connected to the power?

  • 1. The adapter has been damaged. Please change an adapter.
    2. The DVR hardware problem.

  • I see nothing but a blue screen after I turn on DVR.

  • 1. Check whether the camera power cable is firmly connected.
    2. Check the camera output and video input connectors on DVR back panel.

  • Why are there no pictures displayed on the channels of the DVR?

  • 1. DVR setting problem. Please check if you've enabled the hiding camera function in DVR.
    2. Connection problem. Please check the cable and the interface.
    3. Camera problem. Please check the cameras.
    4. DVR hardware problem.
