- Dinodirect.com is one of my "go to" stores for various items (the other is Newegg). The prices are always good, free shipping is nice, and I've never had any problems with orders. Note that once you place an order on their site, it's very difficult to undo! Therefore, be sure you want what you want before you hit the final "submit".

- I ordered a small part from them because it was decently priced and had free shipping. Unfortunately the part somehow was delayed after it shipped. Happily though, Dinodirect.com contacted me as soon as the issue was discovered and solved the problem. I've got to say their customer service is over the top. If there is ever a problem with an order, which in my nice experience with them is very rare, they'll make it right.

- Dinodirect.com is always fast and best when it comes to price points. They always sell for less than most of the online store and definitely less than the local SHACK. I buy my batteries, blank media and an occasional oddball item from Dinodirect.com. A good company that is efficient and considerate.

- I did not look here before ordering and was wondering if I had made a mistake. After my trying i found the items were very low priced and had free shipping. I was surprised that the items arrived quicker than I was expecting (shipped from Hong Kong) and actually work like they should. The items were (shipping) packaged very well and also were of retail-looking packaging too. I had no problem at all from this company. I'd probably order from again.

- I probably have bought hundreds of products from them and spent thousands of dollars. IMO; Dinodirect.com is the best online company, period! I will keep ordering from them as long as they are in business and as long as I live. One recent thing that made me upset was that they stopped "price adjustment" but still, they are the best.

- Dinodirect.com is ALWAYS excellent! There service is the best in the industry. Sometimes problems do arise, usually being the fault of the supplier or manufacturer, but Dinodirect.com always comes through and does everything to ensure a customer is satisfied and happy. I have been shopping with Amazon.com for many, many years and will continue to do so. Sometimes it is better to pay a bit more for peace of mind. On the other hand most of the time shipping is free which is also an incentive, at least to me. DEFINITELY a company to trust and support

- They have some interesting tech items. The quality is not the highest, but they have many sales (including coupons for specific items), which make them acceptable. They are in California, but in many cases shipments arrive from Asia, so it can take upwards of two weeks for items to arrive. I love shoppping on-line, especially with Dinodirect.com.
