- I ordered this case to have something to protect my dsi from fingerprints, scuffs, etc. This case definitely protects, while adding a nice metallic green color. It fits the dsi perfectly and all of the ports are easily accessible. It is aluminum on the outside. It adds a fair amount of weight to the dsi itself, but this is because it is aluminum.

- Case fits perfectly on the NDSi, and offers some protection to the outside of the NDSi. Seems to protect the weak NDSi hinges a bit, which is good because the Nintendo hinges are known to break. It will keep the NDSi from getting scratched, but will not do much for protecting against drops. It doesn't hurt that they look great and are not bulky.

- I just got this case today. I LOVE it the color is just as shown. I slips right onto my DSi and fits really tightly and I can still access all the plugins and buttons. PLUS it is just the size of my DSi no extra hinges or anything to make the unit bulkier. LOVE IT.
