You go to the XMB (ps button) and then to settings>Accesory settings> (turn on ur bluetooth)> Audio device settings (you should get that little blue light beside ur bluetooth's name) & then click your blutoths name and scroll to "do not use" and then back to your bluetooths name and then switch the mic volume to another number and then back to what you want.
