- Does it charge by plugging into your PC/Laptop? If so, you can plug it into your vehicle via this plug. My phone came with a USB plug for data, but when I plug it into USB it also charges it -- a car charger would cost $20+ ... the same goes for my iPod ... Digital Camera ... and many other items. This works great!! Great quality.
