04-19-2011- Other Thoughts: The remote control is pretty flimsy and has to be held almost directly next to it to work but that's not the reason I purchased it so I was hardly disappointed. I really don't think you'll find a better product on the market.

11-18-2009- Other Thoughts: The transmitter itself feels to be solidly built. Several plugins and plugouts of the flash drives and the unit is still in one piece and reads just like new. The screen is not back lit, though, but has large lettering, useful for the passenger, but not to be viewed when driving! However, do not press on the screen or miss the buttons and hit the screen because it may break rather easily. Mine is still intact after many hours of listening and skipping songs, though. <br/>All in all a good value for the price.

06-01-2009- Other Thoughts: I've tried many fm transmitters and by far this is the best. First, the fm range is awesome; even in crowded areas you can find and tune a station. I have the option of connecting my mp3 player and it sounds great; or, I can just put in an sd card. The sound from the card is great! I have not used the usb connection. The remote is a handy tool with the sd card. I bought one for my friend and she loves it too; buying one for my sister, now.

11-19-2009- Other Thoughts: I just received this product and it's working fine. It's better to use a SD card. The problems are the lack of instructions and tech details. Also it might look a little fragile. I would recommend this product if you are looking for something affordable.

03-16-2011- Other Thoughts: Just recently purchased this item for a foreign car being used in the Caribbean. The car has a place to put in an auxiliary jack but it would be too expensive to do so

- Is it an FM Transmitter or an MP3 Player?
This device is both an FM Transmitter and MP3 player. You can plug any device in through the headphone jack, or you can play MP3 files directly off a USB flash drive or SD card.
- How to install it?
Insert the 12V adaptor end of the modulator into your vehicle's cigarette lighter receptacle or power port.
Adjust your FM radio's frequency same to the modulator's(87.5~108.0Mhz).Make sure the frequency you choosed is not being uesd by any local radio stations.
Or use the "CH" Button to set modulator's transmitting frequency to match your radio's.
If there is a slight noise,Please increase volume. If there is an audio distortion, please decrease volume.
- Is there software for editing MP3 files?
Editing MP3 files is tricky since MP3 is frame based, and frames may also have interdependencies. There are programs that will perform some basic slicing of MP3 files. Here are a couple: MP3Cutter, MP3Trim, MannsMp3Edit.
