Like all other things having to do with the console, the design of the charger is sleek and unobtrusive. It looks like very nice. The charge time is roughly about an hour and a half. - They had fantastic customer service with domestic employees so they were completely understandable and friendly. Took the item I ordered a little longer than I would have liked to shipped, but that was because it was over-ordered because of a price mistake, coupled with the fact that their online inventory is not live with their warehouse. They honored their mistake which gives them a huge thumbs up. Just one piece of advice if you are a potential buyer... just register when you order. - Why did you remove Auto-Lock feature from Stand?
We didn't. Go to Stand settings > Sleep Timer and set it to Never. That's it. It means that your device will never go to sleep when Stand is running. It's worth noting that we recommend plugging your device to power supply when running Stand. Especially at night: it won't drain the battery and you have a fully charged device first thing in the morning.
