This is a great product. Our 360 Would get very hot after just an hour of play time. Now we can play for over 5 hours and it never gets too hot. The only thing that could be improved are how loud the fans are. They are not so loud they distract you from your play, but they aren't quiet. I would recommend this product to anyone and everyone who owns an Xbox 360. I am so happy we got it!

I have called a few times to verify a part number and have found them to be genuinely helpful. At this point I see no reasoon to shop anywhere else.

It is highly effective for its price. What more do you want? You can't beat it! This is one of the wisest investments you could make to prolong the life of your XBox 360. The three fans really keep the unit cool. I have mine in an entertainment center, and it kept getting overheated to the point that the machine would shut down, and this was from the very beginning. I had to keep putting it on the floor to prevent this, but that became a bother. When this was first released, I bought it and no sooner than I put this on the game system, I noticed a huge difference. I have used this for several months now and not once as my unit shut down due to overheating. <br/> <br/>I have seen where people have talked about the noise from the fans, but it is not that bad. It is a minor noise, and not enough to worry about. For the price, one can not assume that the fans would have some super stealthy silence when they ran. Besides, the TV drowns it out for the most part and I never notice it. <br/> <br/>As for putting it on, it is literally a snap to install and it uses the power connection on the system for power. Then, you simply plug the original cord in the back of the intercooler and you are all set. It will power up and down with the system so you do not have to worry about a separate switch. <br/> <br/>This is a must buy for a serious gamer and the occasional player as well. It does what it says, and it does it well.

I have been placed several orders with dinodirect.com this year and I give the site very high marks in all categories. I have found exceptional prices, remarkable free shipping, and effective customer service even to the point where the company proactively contacted me to let me know about an expired coupon I was using, subsequently cancelling the order at my request. I have not a single complaint and I find their products intriguing.

I have had every fan stand that you can find for the 360 so far and this is by far the best. It is the quietest and smallest. Does keep my system extremely cool but again is the quietest. It also does not connect via USB but through an AC adapter so it doesn't steal power from your 360. It also doesn't obstruct the intercooler so they can work together. I tried it without the intercooler and I also tried one of my other fans without the intercooler for you and from what I can tell the 360 casing is noticeable cooler with this stand. The casing normally gets extremely warm along with the air that is being sent out. With this stand (with the intercooler its better) alone the air itself from what I can tell is much cooler. I keep my 360 in an open area by my TV and since its winter the heater blows on the 360 so I find these cooling devices essential.

I was amazed by how much air this little guy gives off, it will definitely help keep my Xbox cooler. My one concern is how it will fit with my wireless adaptor, but we will see. Some reviewers on here have given this product a bad review, because they had mistaken this product for the Nyko Intercooler or like products. These have the ability to harm your Xbox because they indeed feed off the Xbox itself.
