Other Thoughts: They in fact just sent me the silicone surrounding for no charge as well, due to its stretching out over time. I'm extremely hard on my phone due to my job, but despite being dropped in slush and snow, dropped, thrown,dropped some more, my phone is sill virtually brand new.

Other Thoughts: fortunately i had the case on my iphone when it took a 12 foot nose dive onto the concrete driveway. the skin of the iphone survived with minimum cosmetic damage. and the iphone was safely tucked away inside the case.
