Is it advisable to put a usb fan to my ps2 slim?
Do not use any Cooling Device! Because that will mess it up (like fry it) cause all the do is blow air into it and it's trying to blow air out there just canceling each other out so it just makes it hotter.

Can a external usb cooling device harm a ps3?
Yes. It is not safe. It uses up a lot of the PS3's power and in some cases can overheat and melt onto your PS3! Hope that helps.
