I bought this timer about a year ago to warn me when my tea was ready. It is great for this and now for my laundry or just any reminder. I have two...one for home and one for the office. It has three ways to warn you: light, vibration or sound. You can use all or just one or two. I use the sound at home but only the light at work.

This great little timer has an alarm you can really hear! It's versatile, with an hours/minutes or minutes/seconds selection, and stands alone, clips (clothespin-style), or attaches to a metal surface with its strong magnet. It's a beautiful red, and its light flashes with the alarm. No chance ignoring this one. I may never again let a pot boil dry
