How to Install a Controller to a PC
- Connect the USB cable from the controller to your PC. If the controller is wireless, connect the USB module to your PC and make sure the controller has batteries.
- Insert the controller's installation disc. If you don't have the disk, visit the manufacturer's Web site to download the installation software.
- Follow the prompts from the installation disc or the installation program. You may need to restart your computer.
- Click on "My Computer" to view the device. If the installation was successful, the controller will be listed. Double-click on the program icon.
- Calibrate the controller. Every PC controller must be calibrated. The system will guide you through the process. Press the button you want to use for "Up," "Down," "Left" and "Right" as requested.
Tips & Warnings

- Some older PC controllers do not use USB connections; instead, they may use PS/2 connections. You can usually find the correct port at the rear of your PC tower.

02-28-2011- Other Thoughts: ok i know that this contrller is almost the same controller as the psx dual shock but it does have some differeces. well the one i am going to mension is that when you push the buttons it measures to see how hard or soft you are pushing them. I think that if you have a ps2 you should buy this controller. on my regular playstation i had six controllers, the only one still working is the sony brand dual shock, so i will never buy another third party controller for anything. dont live by my mistakes and do yourself a favor and buy this one.

04-13-2011- Other Thoughts: Yes Yes I know! This is practically the same controller as dual shock one, but it is a cooler color and has an r3 button. If you don't have a dual shock one get this for your ps2, but even if you do get this if you do not have 4 dual shock ones. And remember this is compatible with regular playstation, and your old controllers are compatible with ps2. Overall dualshock 2 is shocking!

05-04-2011- Other Thoughts: The dual shock is one of the best controllers. Although the price is a bit high it is very comfertable. The sticks are tigher than other controlers and it doesnt feel cheap. Get this unless you need macros, a wireless controler, or cant afford to spend a few dollars extra for the best controler on any console.

03-10-2011- Other Thoughts: Not only does this controller work flawlessly on the PS2, but it works with the PS1 as well! The analog functions on the PS2 are amazing, and the backward-compatability make this a great buy for anyone playing a Sony console.

04-21-2011- Other Thoughts: The PS2 controller is the best controller of the three systems. It fits nicely to mostly all of people's hands. Gamecubes's controler setup is comfortable but too confusing. Xbox's (as you might now) is a giant plastic rock. The PS2 controller has a perfect fit and design. It has a built in rumble feature and pressure sensitive buttons and has very easy to reach buttons. In my opinion it is perfect.
