Always a wonderful experience. I contacted the customer service regarding issues with five related orders. I have to cancel four orders, and place a new order to get 10% bing cash back as part of lack friday sales. the agent (her name is Nancy) was able to cancel all four orders for me without any problem, and she even waived the shipping charge, and helped me to apply a coupon to the new order.

I am not a frequent shopper (actually, I think this is my first time), so my experience with them shows that they do not support only those who have spent X amount of money. First of all, shipping cost and speed were excellent. Using the free shipping option, my package arrived in only 2 weeks. But more importantly, when I decided that I did not want to items that I ordered because of something about them that was completely out of their control, they were more than happy to take them back. It took less than five minutes for me to explain the problem and have them accept the RMA and even agree to email me a shipping label to cover the return shipping cost. A week later, they emailed me that they have received the package and I was notified by PayPal that my money was refunded minutes later. No one should hesitate about doing business <br/>because they obviously care a lot about making sure that their customers are satisfied.
