rma case issue

I applied a rma case for this product for a replacement item but after changing my mind for a cash back return, I closed the rma case to change it to a cash return. But now, I can't seem to register another rma case for this item. What should I do? This jacket I ordered doesn't fit me, I need to return it for another size or cash back.
