Please provide me the exact and true status of my order.
I placed order number 3R893773-DD on 08/23 where I paid for DHL as the shipping method. Now I have the following issues with my order:-
1)On 09/29 an e-mail was sent to me saying that your order has been shipped and you will get your tracking number in 24-48 hours. I still have not received any tracking number. Please provide tracking number
2) I selected for beauty packaging service and no photographs were shared with me before shipping
Kindly let me know if you are in a position to complete this order else please return my money.
