First off it depends on the type of ink you are using.
Most of these pens use a water soluble ink. They should wash easily under running water. If the ink is sill sticking you may try dipping the nib in dishwashing soap and soaking it in water a bit. You can rub it gently with a toothbrush if it's particularly stubborn. Be sure you dry the nib thoroughly afterward.
If you use something like india ink you're going to need some specialty cleaner like rapidoeze. Check your craft store.

Second it depends on the nib you have.
If it's just a notch cut in the shaft of the feather you can try running water, but you're only going to get a few uses before you have to replace your feather
If its a rubber nib (usually you only see those in old old pens) don't soak it, just put it under the running water.
If it's a glass nib or a metal nib you can use any of the techniques mentioned above. However if it's a metal nib with an attached reservoir. you'll have to use a small stiff paintbrush with some dish washing soap on to clean out the narrow areas. And make doubly sure it's dry afterwards.

It's best to clean your nibs after every use. Inspect them to avoid bent areas and dried ink flakes. Sometimes you may need to use the corner of a bit of paper to help clear away the worst of the flakes if you forgot to clean your nib. Plus always make sure to use good ink. Take good care of them and they'll be nice to you
