What kind of plant is this????
    Posted: 12/17/2009 09:52 EST
I work with the elderly and a few months ago I noticed that some of the residents had the secret fortune plants in their apartments. As they watered them and they began to grow, they loves them!!! So I decided to buy some for my kids. I got 3 of them, no problems at all growing them. I kept them in my window above the kitchen sink. Now they have grown into plants and are getting really tall. One of them is almost a foot tall already, the others aren't far behind that. Now, can someone tell me what kind of plant this is so I can repot it or do whatever needs to be done to keep it healthy.

This toy is amazing! My kids-ages 5 & 7-have been growing this bean for about a month now, & it's still growing strong!. Only thing is, I don't know what to do w/ it now! LOL, not sure exactly what it is. Anyway, this is a great, fool-proof, & very educational toy- my kids are wanting to grow everything now

We bought two, one for each of my wife's nephews. It sprouted within 3 days of opening/watering. My wife's sister-in-law asked why we didn't get one for her, too! We will be buying many more of these great gift items.
