    This guys are not here for business. Please dnt buy anything from this site if you really wanted that item. I have never ever seen this kind of customer service in my life. This the worst site to buy anythin even of $1.

    If you want to have defective items, extreme delay in shipping and dnt value your $$$$$ then only put orders here.

    Hello everyone,
    Let me add my name to the ones that have been taken!! I ordered a doorbell phone/intercom. It arrived , but the cord was only 10 feet long and had a euro powerplug. I call/emailed them to return the item citing the 30 day/100% garuantee. After contacting them for 3 days stright, I was told that the item shipped from hong kong and if I wanted to return it, I would have to send it there!! What kind of s--- is that!! They said they would send another plug and a longer cord app 1 Mar. Thats sbout 3 weeks from now. Do to their track record, I doubt if I will ever receive it. Well another lesson learned!! I hope further lessons I will learn in life are not quite that expensive!!!

    Hi guys, the delivery is better now. I ordered a hard case for my iphone3G two weeks ago. It arrived this morning. So amazing.

    Poor Agnius. If you want to buy original products, Dinodirect is not your good choice. All these guys sell here are non-OEM ones (they also describe them as "brand new" products). I prefer to the non-OEM stuff. Not only because they are less expensive, but also they are as good as the original ones. (I'm a lucky guy, I don't meet the same problem with you. Still now I bought 5 lighters and 3 laser pointer here. All of them work great.)
    You'll be the lucky dog next time:)

    DO NOT BUY anything from here!!!
    I purchased "JABRA Bluetooth Stereo Headset Earphone" as a replacement for my old one that i lost. I could Not believe what i got: CHEAP REPLICA that did not work properly and broke apart after first use (glue did not hold, earphone connectors had no contact and rubber ear plugs were falling off). Package had missing parts - CD manual and clip. (they were in a list of included items). I HAD THE ORIGINAL BEFORE and i know the difference!!! Created account just to post this, no time to waste for returns... all to damage :((((

    Slowest damn service going. After a week they email to let me know they're "working" on my order. Don't order from here if time line is important or for a gift occasion. Forget Christmas.

    Though they are slow ,but the item i got is good .i am pleased with it . also they give a big discount . the price is quite low .

    I agree with Dipeshkumar Jaiswal. Items were all shipped separate and took 30 days to receive-at least shipping was free. I called customer service and could not understand what the lady was saying she seemed friendly. I finally received my item after a month and I was pleased with the item and wanted to purchase another one...Oops I paid $13 a month ago and it's no $40.00??? It was a Hello Kitty 2G USB drive. I called and asked about the price changed so drastically and I could get 4G on ebay for under $20 but the girl could not understand me...OH well!

    The bluetooths i ordered are from Sony....Now i am waiting for my phone...if it is not original...be ready to give refund back...

    and yes, how many times you want your customer to call you and email you from their busy life..sometimes some chainise lady could not understand english and disconnect phones...Till i am not satisfied i will be writing in this forum and do not let you fool other customers like me!!!!!!

    You guys must be kidding...I oredered all items togather, you guys split these in to two different packages from which i get one package correctly then why other package not...

    Please do not try to fool customers like this. Try to be professional. if you can not deliver, refund back my money.

    I would agree that they're quite slow, but the products are decent quality and work great when they actually arrive.
