    This company is not USA based, it is china based comapnay and if you do business with this company via any master card, VISA or any type of card, be ready to get international transaction charged from your bank or credit card company.

    They are simply misleading online buyers by cheap offers, do not get trapped.

    Agree with Joey..
    Had a extra $10 cash advance experience with another vendor. After called my bank, they have returned to me. I am not quite clear with the rules that cash advance fee charge, u can ask your bank for further details.

    I double check with my bank. they said transaction is made in china so they charged me transaction fees.

    DinoDirect please clarify and return back my charges.

    The fee occured is not the International Trasaction Fee.The fee is the CA sales tax in fact.California has many special taxing jurisdictions (districts), which are funded by a transactions (sales) and use tax rate that is added to the standard statewide rate of 8.25%, effective April 1, 2009. The tax rates for these districts range from 0.10% to 1.00% per district. In some areas, there is more than one district tax in effect. In others, there is no district tax in effect.

    I know that is taxation in california.If you live in california,there is the taxation between you and the company who is california based.

    I have already checked with my BANK. I have used atm card for this transaction and bank told me that this company is not US based and transaction has been carried out as international transaction.

    But have a good experience here:
    Have placed two orders within last month and both were handled promptly. Received email acknlowdging order and another with tracking info. Packages arrived well packed. Having received items 8 days after placing order.
    I searched via google map, the dinodirect.com company address is: 4020 El Camino Real, Ste 3101, Palo Alto, CA. How do you say it is china based comapnay? I knew it from 4 years online shopping experience. And never heard international transaction fee. May be you have charged by the Cashed Advance fee. It is charged by the credit card bank. You should contact them. I have experience this several times at ebay.
