    The website claims that items are in stock when in fact the items are not in stock. The stock inventory appears to never be updated. At the time of order I was informed the items were in stock, when I placed the order I was informed there was a "Shortage of Supply", when I checked online inventory again I found that the items were "in stock".

    The point of shipping is inferred as being a warehouse in California. My order was despite having paid a premium for 3-7 day shipping it has been 17 days and now my order cannot be tracked since November 26/09.
