When I was pregnant I remember there were lots of ways to prepare you for the "big day". Giving birth can be quite the task but there are ways to prepare you. I took yoga classes and in the beginning it made me giggle because we had to huff and puff in all kinds of strange postures. And I would hurt all over the next day! Luckily it got better after a few weeks and it was fun to do and also talk to other moms-to-be. I am wondering did you do any birth-training classes or maybe you are even doing one right now?
