    I need to close my account. I don’t want to get more coupons and mails from you. My address is a PO BOX and they charge me every time a letter gets in.
    Since you told me that you "can not cancell the coupons and mails for this moment" I want to close my account with Dinodirect.

    I agree and wondering, why can't you guys simply stop those letters from coming in. It is very annoying at some point.
