    why is anything needed to make this product work properly, what happened to, open the box turn it on and away you go. trying to find any sort of product support seems to be a mission in itself

    I seem to be having the same problem as my tab wont start.. Maybe flashing with firmware is what it might need to get it to restart. Hopefully you can send me the firemware as well
