    In the order form "Confirm your shipping address" when selecting "Other shipping address" and country "Russia" has no choice "*State/Province:".
    The tab only "Please select State/Province".
    IE8, Firefox 10.0 - there is no input field ...
    Without this item, issue a gift does not work ...
