    The faulty item they sent and wont do anything about has had a new twist...They are offering me $20 c0mpensation for the item that doesnt work, I paid $60, first off they offered $30 and when I rejected this said they could only offer $15. How good is this for service a scam to make money from people buying from them...and they want me to take it to a repairer at my expense...no repairer will touch it...
