    Items missing and wrong invoice

    Well...all started with this order:8895X6X9-DD
    All was in stock so i paid the items so i could get them in Christmas (this was in 24-11-2011)
    One month after this, i was contacted to replace one item (SKU A2569000UO) and i got mad right there but replaced for another cheaper item (A256900AEL) and since the difference was about 1$ i asked to add and item from the 1$ to redeem section.

    Today i get my order at home and 1 item is missing (A3023000WO) and had to pay customs due to DinoDirect made the prices higher on the invoice then the ones that are on the site.

    I get on livechat to solve things and THEY WANT ME TO ACCEPT A 8$ GIFT CARD FOR AN ITEM THAT IS WORTH 10$ OR REPLACE FOR ANOTHER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

    I am sorry, but this was YOUR mistakes, YOU solve this issue...

    I WANT A REFUND FOR THE ITEM MISSING AND FOR WHAT I HAD TO PAY TO GET A PARCIAL ORDER.

    I think i will never buy here again...

    The only reply i got is not the one i want.
    When a company does a mistake i want it to be corrected and nothing else.

    Until this is solved, i will not buy anything else from dinodirect since there are lots of companies where to buy from.
