Hi people at Dinodirect....
I've already bought 2 items from you, a GPS (received it today, really nice) and a smartphone (caught by the customs here in Finland, I hope it gets through....) and I was hoping to order a Tablet PC, but there's something that pulls me back: your 1 month warranty.
I checked other sites (and I think you should do the same) that sell chinese products, and they all seem to give a 1 year warranty on their products. Why don't you try to do the same, even at an extra charge? Your website looks cool, you have this nice points/bonus/discount system that allows people to buy more on the site, but how can you be sure you're buying a reliable product if the warranty is only one month? I had a chat with your customer support (Otta) who showed some chinese attitude in assuring me that I get good stuff from you, and I believed it. So I kept the orders I wanted to cancel and, for the moment, I am really happy.
Nevertheless, for how good a product can be, problems can always appear, and that's when a year warranty can be of use.
I hope you won't find my post dumb or something, and keep up the good work.
