N'Hi 1 month ago i made an order and got shipped today. Not did it only take a long time, The produducts that dinodirect shipped are NOT complete. Only the Android Tablet PC-aPad-MID Keyboard Protection Shell for 7 inch got shipped THe android tablet is still missing!. I have been waiting for more than a month and am sick of being told to keep on waiting without getting any more information.' The only explanation i get every time is because of the new year and high demand. It's just and excuse for the bad management and terrible customer service.I also payed a fee for transport by EMS but the mail i received also says that it has been shipped by REGULAR mail! SO not only did they ship a half order They also shipped it by regular mail WHYLE i PAYED FOR THE SHIPPING BY EMS! I hope someone can help me ...

If it doesnt work well they may offer a gift card worth $10 or $15 but will want photos, videos and heaps more before they give a gift card to you...good luck
