Dear Lily, 1. DD committed to me in written that parcel will be delivered directly to provided location. 2. Despite that, I checked with Emirates post, there is nothing there. 3. DD violation your own terms, as delivery to my country UAE takes 3-5 weeks; i waited 12 weeks and NOTHING RECEIVED. 4. I still want my parcel (camcorder & other items i paid for). Send it to me. 5. Your customer service is useless, I contacted them many times and they don’t fix the issues. 6. You ring me at my mobile and sort out this situation. Best, Kateryna
