    DinoDirect dissatisfied with the trade, sent a fraction of the ordered goods, then returning the money part, but again I have not received the remaining paid merchandise, from 11/05/2011 to process waiting? no further purchases.

    what you sent was only a part, should be 3 pieces ( lucerna) , but you only send one piece, that's the problem.

    Same experience. Put a claim back through your credit card asap as you are unlikely to ever see your order and good luck getting a full refund.
