Yes. forget to explain. i have a similar problem here too. Product page shows in stock but you refuse to send to me saying that out of stock. [Q]I already requested CS to deliver to me but was told the matter is in your manager's hand. But, since your manager refuse to send to me giving reason such as out of stock is ridiculous. The product page clearly shows it is in stock. if it is out of stock, can you put the product page as out of stock? i am not going to accept gift card this time. [Q]Order was made and paid in full - G996061N-DD but DD refuse to send to me again. This is the third time in a row - Dinodirect giving me lame excuse like no stock - bad items cannot send bla bla bla.. Bad company isn't it? order made and paid but do not deliver. [/Q][/Q]

Yeap not an unusual complaint...they are a scam for selling faulty items or worse not sending at all. I have had numerous problems lately with them and still on my latest piece of junk they sent, admittedly I bought, but now Im trying to tell people to go else where before they loose their money like you have ....
