Why is it that every time I pay the extra to get better and faster shipping I still end up with the standard EMS shipping, just get one email, and don't even get credited the difference. It is disgraceful service to be providing, on my last three orders, all put through within a week, I have paid the extra money expecting to receive the items in a prompt nature, as well as processing time taking over the three days allowance, I had them dropped down the the basic shipping, and was not refunded or compensated for either of these things. It is this sort of service that will make me not shop with you again.

We need to change the original shipping method, if the items are violating the shipping regulations or overweight and so on. As you know, the tablet in your order has the battery, so we must change it, hope you can understand.
