Be very careful with what you buy from Dino especially electronics...If they are faulty you have lost your money as they will not replace, they only offer a gift card for up to $30....Be careful dont be sucked in by the nice chat they have on here it i fake they have no customer service....

We have standard returning policy to protect customers' interests:
1.For the item(s) with the quality issue

You can initiate a return for the item with quality problems due to our fault within 30 days beyond the day of
delivery of the item for a full refund or partial refund (for partial return). We must receive your returned items
at our processing facility within 45 days beyond the day of delivery of the item. We inspect all returned items
and award full refund or partial refund. If the return is a result of our fault or if the product is defective in the
first place, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise as well as shipping charges.

2. For the wrong size item

What is the wrong size item?
The wrong size issue is for shoes, clothes, pants, dresses and so on. Dinodirect.com has the size details for
these items. You should read the size details before you place the order for them. If you buy the wrong size,
you are not expected to return the wrong item. Or you are expected to pay for the returning shipping fee to
return the wrong size item. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days
beyond the day of delivery of the item. We will inspect the returned items and award full partial refund for the
wrong size item.

3.For the item which you do not want

You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 30 days beyond delivery for refund. You must
return items in new or unused conditions with all original materials included in the shipment. We must receive
your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days beyond the day of delivery. We will inspect all returned
items and award full refund for the new and unopened items or partial refund for the unpacked and used items.
However, we do not refund the returning shipping fee.

4.For the item returned to the wrong address

We have only one returning address. So if you return the item(s) to the wrong address with out our permission, you are not expected to ask for the refund for the returning
package(s).

In these cases, if you want to return the items, please enter you account to apply for a RMA request.We know we have disadvantage and flaw and we are sparing no effort to improve and correct.
