If you keep getting disconnected in chat you may want to try a different browser. I kept getting disconnected with Emily a few days ago and was using Firefox. Later I was using Chrome with Emily again and I managed to chat find. Even later I tried Firefox with Emily again and got disconnected yet again. So if you're using Firefox try Chrome. If you're using Windows, Internet Explorer is probably even better since many Chinese websites aren't properly tested on browsers besides IE.

Just to update you guys: ok, DD committed to me to re-send my order; They asked me to wait some time... what for? I DON'T KNOW! How long to wait??? I DON'T KNOW! They did't specify; and as of today 7th of Feb 2012 none confirmed to me that my order has been dispatched... So, again I'm in the middle of nowhere.

dino has worst customer service possible ...........They take extreme long times to return e-mails if ever. Sometimes not replying at all... Dont shop on this site 3 out of 4 orders will not make it to buyer ... dino is for dodgy
