Not willing to honor the warranty of this product. Product is of poor quialty. They made an offer to send 2 replacement units then refuse to send them. This company is as bad as it gets. My advice do not buy from them as they do not want to know about you or the product once they have your money. They delete bad reviews or block them. They will probably block this as well. As for the headset A0099000PJ you purchased in March, we have replaced one for you on April 4th. However, you contacted us in October for another two replacements.
We are sorry the warranty time for the headset is one month after receiving. Since you have used the headsets for more than half a year, we can not replace them for you.
And we bet no such company will do continue to do exchange for an item which is long over the guarantee priod.
However, consideing the inconvenience caused and the long-term business relationship with you, we offered you some amount of giftcard. But, you refused.
