    My order never came.

    I made an order a month ago. My order never came. The live online help staff are rude. All I was given was an inactive tracking number. And It does not look like I'm going to be able to get my money back. This was my first time using this site, I will never use it again and plan to worn my friends.

    I'm sorry for you. Maybe the customer service is busy around this period of time as it's Christmas and New Year now. You should ask them again i think.
