For those who have issues with their orders that requires the immediate attention of a real life person on the opposite end of the phone line, here is DinoDirect's phone number and address information courtesy of the Better Business Bureau. ADDRESS: 4020 El Camino Real #3101 Palo Alto, CA 94306-4050 PHONE: (650) 265-1038 FAX: (650) 240-3909 A quick search of the above address using Google Maps brings up what seems to be an apartment complex. I seriously hope this isn't the case although it is what it seems to be. If a company whose image, or at least an image they're hoping to be, is of this caliber is running off from a couple of guys living in an apartment.. well.. that that's just appalling if you ask me. I have a feeling I will be giving a call to that number soon, depending when, or in this case (if I ever), will receive my order in the next couple of days. If the above contact numbers don't work, then bet on it that DD themselves put it out of commission.

DinoDirect is a scam, sending one product for every several that they do not. We all need to contact law enforcement to get this shyte-eaters a taste of what they deserve.

Waiting to return a package, but a postage paid return label hasn't been e mailed. DinoDirect states it will pay for the return if sent by USPS, but I just don't trust this company and I am not paying for the return trusting DD will reimburse me.
