Can someone please help me? I was so excited when I bought my boots. I actually thought about buying my Christmas presents from this site but the incomplete information you're giving me makes me think twice before ordering here ever again. It said that when I pay extra $2 for insurance, then I will be given a tracking number included in the shipping info email. But you guys didn't give me my tracking number. I checked my spam mail and it's not there either. It's been a week now since it shipped and I still don't have my tracking number. Can someone please help me track my order. I paid for it so I don't see any reason for me not to have it. I didn't log in when I checked out so I don't have my order information on "My Account", just in my email. You said that you will provide a tracking number even in my email. http://www.dinodirect.com/help/order-status-terms/ If you can teach me how to connect my PayPal account with my DinoDirect so my tracking can appear on "My Account" that would be great too. Also, you guys said that you'll tell me which color and size of the product you shipped out by email and yet you didn't. You said, "You can check which was shipped in your account after the package was dispatched." I really hope you're not lying to me. Please give me a wonderful Christmas by getting me my tracking information? Please?
I still haven't got my items or a refund - have been waiting patiently as they advise - but no joy, the tracking number they eventually gave me was for an unknown shipping company - I just keep getting messages "please be patient, it might be besause of bad whether or boom season". Again, do not buy from this company - it is a scam.
