But if you don't like it, you can also return it to have exchange if you do not mind paying return shipping. -

This is not going to happen. I am requesting an RMA to return the item because it is unsatisfactory. My status says I am approved for the RMA so please send it to me.

After that, if there's no further info needed, and if your request passed, you can download shipping label.
Our collegue will email you about the proble and will help you solve it.
