    There is no instruction manual for the GPS. Encountered problem in keying in the destination. Some destination information required by the GPS was not available and this prevent the defining of the destination. The GPS willgo into the menu mode when information was provided. Requested for the instruction manual. Presently, GPS is useless and cannot use the GPS for route direction to destination.

    Have not gotten any solution from DinoLily. The GPS is still not fully functioning. Cannot key in the destination. Bought the GPS and still cannot fully enjoy the benefit of the GPS!!

    It had been about 1 week and there is no response to my queries. Seems like Dino is not interested to address customer queries and provide resolution to the problem faced by the customer!!

    The customer service address you mentioned brings me back to this forum page. Can you relay the msg to your customer service officer. I request for the operational manual for the usage of the Pinko GPS. Even an instruction manual will suffice adn be helpful. Please provide the manual or advise how to use the GAP.

    I ordered a MP3 player which came in Chinese language with no English instructions. I requested a replacement set in english, but can't seem to get a response from customer service. Apparently Dino is lacking in Customer service reps.
