    I want please to return this physically defected product back, I already applied for RMA and I still did not get any reply..
    and many of your customers complain of not picking up returned items from post office for 3 months or more.. is asking about refunding money back is it the reason? if asking of exchanging for another product will it make the procedure faster?

    Dear Mona
    Our RMA department will approve your RMA if you can tell us how much is the returning shipping fee, then you can print the lable. So can you tell us how much is the returning shipping fee to return the item?
    As to the returning shipping address, you need to return the item back to China. We will email you details once we approve your RMA.
    By the way, you need to put a piece of paper in the package you want to return. On the paper you should write down your order number, your email addres, and your name which can help us update the return package in the system, then we can handle your issue as soon as possible.

    Hi, Mona
    We have one system which is just for packages customers return us. Sometimes, some returned packages do not have order information which we can not update them in that system. If customers want to know the status of them, we need to contact related department to find out the records which need a lot of time. So in total, our handling time does not depend on whether customers need refund or exchange.
    Meanwhile, Mona, would you please confirm how much is the returning shipping fee for us?
