Hi,
I bought the below clock.
http://www.dinodirect.com/alarm-clock-calendar-thermometer-snooze-led.html
1) I received only instructions in chinese.
2) Althogh supplied with battery - it doesn't work.
3) Even when I connect it to the AC Power socket - it only makes a loud alarm sound which doesn't stop unless I disconnect it from the AC.
But the Digits are not shown in the clock anyway.

What should I do next?
My order numeber is:
48G0K355-DD
