Please advise receipt of the returned item and the depatch of the correct Kaisa model with tracking number.This projector was returned by EMS post on 27,01,2012 tracking number EE006619180BW and RMA ID RS77520V49-DD01.It was incorrectly supplied being a Bolic model which underpreformed the ordered model which was a Kaisa GD-300PB. Please advise receipt of the returned item and the depatch of the correct Kaisa model with tracking number.
