    I have brought a Rechargeable LED Wireless Electric RC Helicopter and found it could not been recharged with a disappointment as it seems useless to my exciting kids. Does anybody can have a suggestion on how to resolve this problem?

    I have tried many times as suggested but not working!!! A professional has also checked with a disappointment of the quality. I have also talked with your staff on line several days ago telling me waiting 2 days for reply with the issue but still have not received any response! What I can do now? please let me know.

    Id throw it in the bin and dont waste your time trying to get Dino to understand it wont charge, been there sone that and they offer a gift card done your money my friend

    I would submit a ticket and have them to take a look at it. Do it ASAP, there might be a warranty period on it.
