    How risky is it to replace DS Lite Shell?

    My DS Lite shell is all scratched and cracked in a part, how risky would it be to replace the shell?
    Note-I broke a PS3 controller trying to mod it but I could probally get my friend that flashes and fixes X-Box 360's to help me.

    The first thing you need to do is check your warranty, and a) see if it's covered by it and b) see if it's still vaild. If it's not covered but valid then it doesn't matter.
    I'd recommend a technician, or your friend to do it.
