    Has anyone else had problems with this company. I was sent the wrong item and they promised to accept it back and send me a credit and then they asked me to lie on the return packaging stating that the item i purchased was worth $10 instead of approx $80. Even though they have accepted to take the item back they will not send me an address and then they delete all my correspondence for the case. I have kept photocopies of all correspondence and would like to know if anyone else has had these problems?? I am ready to take legal action. In my experience with dinodirect, I would strongly suggest people think twice before dealing with them

    I ordered a Helicopter Nov 7 it says it was shipped Nov 13 and its still not here Dec 16 more then 20 business days late. Why is there no 1800 number? I want to talk to a real live person. This was suppose to be a birthday gift for my BIL (Dec 6) but I had to get him something else and hoping this would be in for christmas next week.

    Yep, having problems with their customer service. Absolutely useless. They keep mucking me around.

    Can’t complain company as my order has not been arrived yet. I already regret I’ve placed it and paid with cc aprox $50 (ordered video camera + some small things).

    Yes I have a problem with my helecopter I have purchased, it arrived with the antenna wire puled from its soldered socket due to the battery coming loose from its cradle so cant fly it I have tried live chach & that is a joke so put in a claim but to no avail they keep mucking me around.
